ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors for the renewal of its Highways Framework. This procurement is for Lot 1 0 -100 000 GBP, Lot 2 1 000 000 GBP-OJEU and Lot 3 Carriageway Resurfacing 0 - 500 000 GBP. The framework will enable the delivery of the Authority's annual Local Transport Plan (LTP) programme of work. Projects within this programme of work include road safety improvement projects, transportation infrastructure improvements, junction improvements, footway and carriageway resurfacing and traffic signal replacement works. In addition to the annual LTP programme of works the framework will enable the delivery of external grant funded projects. The projects include major town centre regeneration, public realm schemes and major junction improvements
