The LBE is seeking a partner to deliver services at Forty Hall & Estate in the premises previously used as a banqueting suite hereinafter referred to as the Annex, for receptions or other businesses that compliment the Council’s aim and objectives (subject to compliance with planning requirements). The LBE is also seeking a partner to deliver services in the Café to deliver a permanent every day café service (separate tender exercise – further details regarding this tender exercise can be found on the London Tenders Portal). LBE is keen to engage with the wider market in order to achieve the potential benefits of a strategic partnership, in order to deliver its aspirations and secure the long term development of services at Forty Hall & Estate that compliment the LBE’s aims and objectives and delivers significant income generation for the LBE. In particular, LBE wishes to explore the potential for additional capacity, specialist commercial skills, innovation and investment, that a collaborative relationship with an external partner could bring. An open day will be held on 6th June 2013 at the venue for prospective bidders. All tender documentation is available to download from the London Tenders portal.
