Description:
The Council has allocated internal funding to commission a new dashboard to review energy data from the corporate estate, for up to 200 buildings and 500 meters, with 140 buildings requiring monthly data and 60 buildings requiring half-hourly data. The Council is therefore seeking to appoint an established and qualified consultant with proven experience of energy monitoring.
The following lists the activities to be carried out by the consultant as part of the services:
Collation of energy data
• Collection of energy data for gas and electricity use and generation from solar PV;
• Cost and carbon calculations from energy data;
• Data backfilled for a minimum of 12 months, longer if possible.
Supplying online data platform and visualisation
• Annual, monthly and daily comparisons for energy, cost and carbon usage per building;
• Visualisation at building level and the ability to group buildings together to create portfolios of buildings, as required;
• Energy, cost and carbon forecasting across both site and portfolio level;
• Power visualisation for up to 60 specific sites on a 30 min basis;
• Remote access to online data platform for users, with different permission levels as required;
