relation to property, highways and other engineering. It has committed to

The work will be let under a single procurement exercise for a four year
Framework Agreement
The Framework Agreement will comprise three Lots.
A single supplier will be appointed for each Lot.
Participants are able to submit a bid for more than one Lot.
